Individual Consultations
1-on-1 consultations in clinic, in-studio or online
There is no ‘one size fits all’ in nutrition.
The same strategy could work for multiple people, yet a thousand people could also have different ways of achieving the same goal. As dietitians, we consider your background as well as the most recent scientific literature to help you find strategies most suitable for you.
We offer individualised management plans for a range of conditions and health goals including:
- Diabetes
- High blood pressure
- High cholesterol
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome or Disease (IBS/IBD)
- Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GORD)
- Food allergies/intolerances
- Coeliac disease
- Vegetarian/vegan diets
- Nutrient deficiencies
- Weight management
- Eating disorders
- Women’s health
